DID THE LATEST P4 FIRMWARE UPDATE SOLVE THE TILTED HORIZON ISSUE?

I've read too many threads in here about a possibility that a firmware update might address the dreaded "tilted horizon" issue. Now that a new firmware has been released, I want to throw the question out there to all the Phantom 4 owners experiencing the said problem when flying their aircrafts. Did the latest firmware eliminate the problem or not?
 
C2 + wheel didn't really work for me. It corrected the tilt for a very short time in my flight and went back again to being tilted on the same flight. Did a lot of adjustments using the C2 and wheel from (+) to (-) and it never really worked, so I gave up. I was hoping the update will.

Yes, and gimbal calibration too for countless times already. Believe me, I've done everything that I can think of and everything that were suggested by P4 pilots here.
