detecting phantom 4 pro errors

Hi there, i want to know if someone have an idea of how you may check wich sensors of your dji products are having problems, i have a problem with a phantom 4 pro motor, it doesnt moves when i do the esc beeping, i get movement from each motor but not from this one, however, the dji go app, doesnt show any alert with respect to the motors, and i cant initiate them cause it alerts me about some interferense, so i was looking a way to see the state of the sensors. I have tried to read the log files with airdata UAV, but i just have been capable of checking the flight records, not the real time data each time i initiate the drone, i would like to know if there is a way, of how may i test the sensors.
