Dangers of taking off before GPS Satellites have all hooked up?

Im a newbie and I have read that too many times. Calibrate Compass for every flight. Nothing is too important that I cant do my flight checks before hand...

If your compass is working properly, unnecessarily recalibrating is not going to make it any better or safer.
The people suggesting calibrating every flight don't understand what the compass is and what it does.
They are just getting a warm fuzzy feeling, thinking they are doing something.
Understanding how your Phantom works is a lot more useful and does make your flying safer.
