Custom transmission settings.

Maybe missing something obvious but I cant change the video transmission settings from auto to custom. Nothing happens when I tap the custom button. Help please.

Have you tried changing the channel number after hitting custom?

Take a 'screen shot' of the setting screen so there is something to look at.

What device are you using? IOS or Android? Have you tried a different cable? Re-linking?

Hi again, I,m using an iPad mini 2 and have tried a different cable. I’ve also tried loading the go4 app onto my iPhone 6 with the same result but I read somewhere in the forum that the option to use custom channels may not be available in the uk ?

Hello vantageimages, I had the same issue with the exact same equipment. On the iPad go to settings- general - language and region and change Region to the United States. Worked for me in Scotland
