So, I ordered this P3A on eBay a few weeks ago and really finally started looking over it closer last week and noticed a crack and apparent scuff mark on one of the arms, as well as a misalignment of the body. What do you guys think, was this in a crash or not? The seller is claiming there was no crash, however my eyes are telling me otherwise. I've asked for either a partial refund or a return.

Yeah, the description said it was never crashed or dropped. It flies well after a couple of flights, and I got a very good deal, so I'm on the fence about asking for a full return.

Gimbal is the most critical part for any crash, if video feed is coming ok and Gimbal movements are ok, you can rule out the crash.

Stress cracks on arms were very common earlier and people are still reporting. Cracks do grow over time and need fix. You got to talk to the supplier why crack was not declared in the description of the P3 condition. In such a state it can't be called a Newer.
