controller green power light flash

Manual states controller has been inactive for more than 6 min . Even if controller is shut off, when it is turned back on it still flashing green

Sorry, some see first posters, with simple sounding question and...

So, something is odd about your question.
"On the controller, the power light is flashing green, status light are off."
Status Light, would be lights, and that would be battery power correct?

"Even if controller is shut off, when it is turned back on it still flashing green"
Is it beeping at you, that what it does after the timeout.

Thanks I will rephrase (Power light) flashing green (Battery level LIGHTS do not light

There is no beeping when controller is put on, only green flashing power no battery level lights. I let controller stay on (overnight) until green light went out. Then I placed on changer , red power light came on, let charge several hours, removed from charger STILL only green power light flashing no battery level lights???
