P4 Firmware Controller Bad Flash

I have a controller GL300C I want to use with my Phantom 4.

When powered on I get a slow red flashing Red (rather than a solid Red) - It failed while updating the flash from Dji Go4 .

DJI Go 4 doesn't recognise it anymore - so I cannot downgrade via DJi Go4

When connected to a PC -
- DJI Assistant 2 **detects the remote** - but shows "Cannot Load Firmware List"

A good remote of same type I tried does the same - "Cannot Load firmware list" - so is this normal that DJI Assistant cannot update remote firmware?

Any ideas how to reflash the remote - to any version at all?

I remember reading about a special button combination during power-on, which sets the remote into flashing mode. You'll have to search for details, though.

I think I saw it in Ph3 Pro section of the forum. It was a thread about the remote not turning on at all.
