Confused When Documentation Does Not Match

I am trying to learn about the Phantom 4. I went to their site and pulled together about 8 sections to create a DGI Go 4 Manual. I know that they are trying to be general in some areas but in the section in question (see image) it describes a "HDR Shot (High Dynamic Range)" but it does not appear on the screen that they are describing. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
