I have had this phantom since April and it has never flown. I have done all the steps but in the calibration IMU it says no calibration needed but the compass shows 0 for all values. Not sure how to proceed. Seems this thing will never fly...

Hey Yankeestar, welcome to the party.
You have brought a new issue to my world. Either your NAZA assistant is failing you, or your compass is not connected somewhere. Is there a compass on one of the legs of the landing gear? Does it have any wires going up into the Phantom?
Your Phantom can fly without the Compass. It just won't know which direction it is headed, that will be up to you to control. Depending on your flying experience it will be like this...
