Am starting up and following uk guidelines as there are none here. Simple question based on UK current regulations

I know the pilot needs to pass their licence and get their permit

What if anything does the company need to register or get permissions for

Just like other commercial flight operations, the pilot has to have a commercial license and the aircraft has to be registered ( specific aircraft registration, not the hobby type registration) but there are no faa business requirements. Those will come from the state or other federal laws such as the irs! I'll operate mine through my LLC and cover ops wit h that insurance.
