Anyone know if you can obtain a license to charge for use of a heli/video rig for a company? We do a ton of video work and would love to use a Phantom for some projects but understand it isn't legal..or wasn't? Under 400ft OK?
Either way, I'd love to find out how some companies do it legally...if they do.

The second you slap a camera onto anything with a remote and charge for it, the FAA will come down on you. They are working to change this but it won't happen anytime soon.

The fines are pretty severe as well.
