Charging problems

Hi,

I can't seem to get my batteries to charge. It worked first time but now all I can get is a blinking red light that goes solid for a second. Any suggestions?

Anyone? I know the manual says its supposed to be solid red while charging!!! Mine is blinking with one red light on top and then goes to 3 on top... Please help... Have people over and want to do demo flight!!
