Looking at the two different "kits", it looks like the basic kit has the Mavic, Remote, Battery and AC charger. In the Fly More Combo, it looks like it comes with the Mavic, Remote, 3 batteries, hub and car charger.

Is dji not including an AC Adaptor with the Fly More Combo?

No, it is not including an extra AC adapter in the combo. You get one with the drone kit. The combo is more for those wanting to charge on the go as well as have extra flight time with the extra batteries.

I am sure you can buy a 2nd AC adapter if you really need one.

The "fly more" bundle does not change what already comes in the box with the drone...

Yes it comes with both. I asked a DJI today as i've ordered the Fly more combo from the website.

The main pack comes with the following - Mavic Pro | DJI Store

The fly more pack comes with additional Props, Charging hub (can charge up to 4 batteries), Battery bank adapter (use mavic battery to charge phones etc, with USB) Travel bag and 2x additional batteries and a car charger.
