Change user name?

Anybody know how to change my forum username? I would rather not have my email address as my username.

Sent a request to the "Contact Us" section. In the message I requested they change to my current username and they did about 15 minutes later.

Thanks a bunch this was helpful I made a mistake myself calling myself Valhalla bound but I added an H to the bound LOL
