cDjiGo and Litchi crash since Android update

I have a Google Pixel 2xl phone that I sometimes use with both DjiGo and Litchi. Originally the phone was using Android 9 (Pie) and I upgraded it to Android 10 to get some new phone features. Since the update, neither Go nor Litchi will connect and both apps crash immediately. Anyone have any similar problems or know of any solutions?

I have the same problemr. I am using a Pixel with Android 10 and the apps stopped working after the Android was upgraded from 9 to 10. It really sucks big time.
Apparently we are not alone and DJI in their usual fashion does not seem to care...

I have read the instructions to back it up, but appears complicated and can be troublesome. I tried to contact DJI and just got referred to someone else.

I'm in the same position (pixel 2XL doesn't work with Android 10, had to go back to 9), I hope they fix this soon, as I've been waiting for the pixel 4 which is scheduled next month, as it's stock will be Android 10 you can't go back.
