Carbon Fiber blades black and silve indicators??

Hello, I recently chipped a a propeller today and am trying to install some carbon fiber blades ordered from dji years ago. The issue is it seems to be missing the fitting that goes onto the blade...
Does anyone know where I could purchase the fittings with that attach or an alternative solution that would work?

Welcome to me these are not for DJI drones,,,I own a detect x380 with same tops as you show,,these props are designed to have a nut down on top of them,,,,my carbon phantom props have thread made into them exactly like p3 props are....how bad is nick in your blade
