No. You can buy a P3 car charger here on Amazon or from DJI here.

An alternative to buying a separate car charger is to buy an adaptor which converts your 12 volt socket to a mains plug. This allows you to use any home appliance in your car as long as the power consumed is no higher than (on my car) 120 watts. These are usually no more than £5 or £6.
