I am in the capital city of a state (undisclosed) and was wanting to fly around the capital building but the I am afraid it is a nfz but my app says that it is not need your opinion on wether to fly or not. Don’t really want to get arrested today.

I think you already know the answer to the question. I am not conversant with the laws in your country but would guess that a Capitol building would definitely be a NO FLY even if it doesnt come up as such in the Dji GO app.
