Can't update RC

So after a night of frustration trying different things I finally got my remote to bind to my bird. One of the things I did was downgrade the firmware on the remote, now that I fixed the issue im trying to upgrade back to the current firmware on the remote, when I use the DJI go app it tells me to check my network status. The network is fine, any ideas.

"fixed" the problem. I used my wife's iPhone, it downloaded and upgraded the firmware. Not sure why my phone won't. ‍
