Cant Reset All Settings?

I tried to reset "all settings" to put the bird back to factory defaults, and when I hit the button to RESET ALL it comes back are you sure, I say YES then It says " Tips " ok .. and nothing resets.. What am I missing? Thanks guys..

I have never tried to reset-- I don't want it back to factory default and have to start over

so maybe one of the other chaps will chime in--
