Can't login?

Have not flown my DJI phantom 3 for quite some timed it wants me to login in but does not recognise my email or password, asked for new password but non arriving by email. Anyone else have this problem. Australia.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it? The username and password is case sensitive, I tried a couple of times before realising I had forgotten one of the letters was a capital letter.
