Can't get the camera vue of the screen P4P+ controller

Every thing is updated. Tried the reboot. Just got the controller for my P4P. Controller light flashing red/green. It says "NO Signal". On start up page it says connected. HELP.

Re-linked my old controller and it worked without a problem.

Make sure you have the right type of Phantom selected on the Pro+ settings.

I really don't know what I did. I believe one of the updates had not been completed. After that, I saw where it was saying P4P+ on the screen. I don't believe it was there at first. I did at least three different updates. Kept losing the net along the way. But, I believe you where right that it wasn't aware it was a P4P+ controller, that is why no camera view on the screen. I tried to find a manual, but not much luck. The one that came with it isn't very good. Thanks. If you come across a good manual please let me know.

After I fly it some I will switch back to the old controller to see if there will be any problems, with all the updates.
