cannot connect to my Rc

after my update of firmware i cannot now connect my phone to the RC the app just says :how to connect and i even re linked the drone and the RC and i hard reseted the RC and i pressed on the 3 bars in the app still says roduct unknown thats **** i wasted a 1300$

Try unplugging the usb and re-plugging it, reboot drone AND controller AND display device.

hello sorry for the late reply i already did
i update my drone because i thought my phone wasnt connecting because the app is up to date and the drone isnt

so for now i can t get my rc to connect to my phone i tried my android s8 and a5 and my iphone 6 and 7 am really stuck here

and i need some help

Well, I'd try uninstalling DJI go, delete ALL DJI go files (Search for those puppies)... reboot ALL... install DJI go, Re-pair..

However... you trying even an Apple product (Cough).. it sounds like a drone-side issue. Perhaps re-flashing the drone firmware.

and i re entered the .bin file to update too no results

i might think the problem is with the RC because before i update i coudnt connect and after the update i coudnt connect too

what should i do !!! i think i have wasted a 1300$

Do you have the pro or advanced? The procedure is the same.

Put the .bin file on a sd card and turn it on. The file must be unzipped exposing the .bin file on the root of the sd card. It will flash the firmware.
