I have sent 4 emails to [email protected] to cancel my order because I found a local dealer that had them in stock. I was told that you should receive an email within 24 hours. I have also sent an email to [email protected], but only received a confirmation email. I also sent an email to [email protected]. This lack of communication has me scared that when I need help, it will not be there.
I tried calling the LA office, and couldn't get anyone. Does anyone out there know how to get through to these guys?
