i thought i read that one of the features of the phantom 2 vision plus was to pair it (or maybe synch is the right term?) with a device with gps capability. (i.e. put an iphone on a bmx rider and have the copter follow him on the track) and then set the flight for x ft above and x ft behind that gps signal. Was I dreaming when I thought I read of that capability? if it does exist how do you set that up? is additional equipment required? and if ues, then what. thanks in advance.
can the vision 2 be controlled by an external gps device

Other non-DJI flight control systems are starting to introduce that feature (or already have), but it's not possible now with the NAZA found in Phantoms.
