No. Not really. And not necessary for what you gain.
The P2V battery is a 5200mAh special size, encased in a plastic adapter with a special charging port to fit the special charger....and slide-plugs into an internal port deep in the bird....no external wires. Other than the modifications to make it difficult or impossible to copy or clone...to force you to pay their $150 price.....there is nothing else special about the Lipo innards.
It would take surgery to get it inside a V1.x.x....and more surgery to jerry-rig wiring. Simply buying a single 5400mAh single battery and modding for that would be infinitely easier and to the point...and accomplish the same end.
The long flight of the P2V is a combination of large single battery (more weight efficient for the mAh achieved) and the 9" more efficient props for carrying the heavier load....and weight efficiencies by having a gimbal and camera specifically designed....for maximum weight efficiencies.
