Can I use a 3.5mm Jack FPV hook up to my phone?

Sorry I am a beginner and I didn't know how to word it. Basically I have these old FPV googles with a 3.5mm jack output. I want to hook them straight up too my phone if I could or if anyone can recommend a cheap pair that could work. Like $250 and below.

Welcome to the forum.
You need to do some research before asking. I'm not saying you didn't because I have no idea what the answer is. My point is, if you ask questions which are answered on the Amazon page, you're going to get no response or slammed.

The short answer is no... the goggles are analogue video.

Your phone is not able to display analogue video... only video fed to it over a wireless (wi-fi) link.
