Can I fly my DJI Phantom or Mavic Air in Marbella, Southern Spain

The rules for recreational drone flying in Spain are not clear to me and I have seen articles about fines up to €225,000 for flying a drone in Spain.

I am spending a week in Southern Spain in the region of Marbella and wanted to know if anyone can tell me what the regulations are and whether or not it is safe to fly my drone there?
