What are the best camera settings you recommend for the Phantom 3 Standard Edition to be able to get the best quality photo?

Google "Toms Tech Time" - he has a video on setting up for best photos and videos. For now, leave it in Auto and you'll get nice (if not perfect) pictures...

You only have two means if controlling exposure, ISO and TV. Keep the ISO as low as possible for the available light and auto will give you better shots in most instances than playing with the TV untill you get a handle on basic photographic theory. Enable the zebras and histogram and dial in a little EV compensation where needed.
