Camera not recording

Phantom 3 pro does not record photos or video. SD card is fine and has been formatted several times. No connection problems with drone. Anyone with similar issues or suggestions?

I can see everything that the camera sees. The camera movement is fine in all directions. The camera leveling is fine. The only thing wrong is that when I attempt to take a photo or switch to video mode, the image is not recorded (no click sound when you press the shutter button). I welcome your thoughts.

Have you tried a different SD card? I've had instances where SD cards were corrupted and caused issues. Just a thought......

On the mobile device does it display space left on the SD card, etc?
