Hey, I've been looking at a phantom but I was just wandering is the camera on it a live stream or what?

EDIT:Thanks so much guys for all the quick replies I've been looking for a creative new hobby I think Person Drones might be the thing because there is so much stuff you can do with the drones such as add new parts and customize it

Phantom VISION-stream to your phone. AFAIK you can't stream to the net.

That depends on what Phantom.
The Phantom Vision has a live stream of the camera to your smartphone / tablet out of the box. You can see this here: http://www.dji.com/feature/phantom-2-vision-features/
If you're asking about the normal Phantom, then this needs you to set up a video transmitter to take the output of a GoPro and transmit it to a screen on the ground.
