Camera doesn't work.

Batteries are charged, P3 wi fi is connected, DJI GO app is running. When I can get a lighted photo button, most of the time when I push it, the shutter sound does not occur and the picture does not "take". I am wondering if the camera is malfunctioning. Also get "remote controller signal weak" message frequently although it is fully charged and right next to the drone. What is that about? Please help!!

#2, Usually this problem is fixed by formatting the SD card (use DJI-GO)
#3, Remote controller signal weak, is this new or a new problem?

We have no idea how long you have had your Phantom, experience, and how many flights.
