Sometimes turning notifications OFF, and then back ON again, will reset the notifications. It's worth a try. It worked for me, on another thread I was following, that inexplicably stopped sending me updates.

I have had to go back to all the threads I am following and reset every one of them. Not sure what happened, but it got awfully quiet for a week before I realized the notifications just weren't being sent out any more!
