can someone help me out here, the problem is the picture is clear but in negative, when I power up the monitor the screen is white with black fonts totally backwards from the first I turned it on, every once in a while it bounces back to a perfect picture for 10 or 15 seconds but most of the time it's In negative, I've tried different antennas, different bands, different channels, inside the house, outside, out in open fields, there is no method to the madness!!!! has anybody else had this problem?
