I did something stupid and crashed my DJI Phantom 3 4K Pro.
I sent my drone to Cloud City Drones instead of DJI because they claimed a quick turn a round.
Because of what they said, I honestly think they are a scam. One thing they said was my drone had water damage. It had never been in water.
At one time they told me my drone was fixed and just needed a test flight. Then they called and said I needed a new camera and they could not fix it unless I bought a camera and sent it to them.
I sent my drone to DJI and it got fixed, cheaper then what Cloud City quoted me. My camera did not need to be replaced.
I still was out a couple of hundred dollars, for shipping to and from plus additional fees they charged.
I did not even have to pay to ship my drone to DJI.
You do need to contact them first
before sending in your drone.
My drone is fixed and I will get it this week.
