I am 72 year old person which i thought i had a good brain i have just got a phantom 3 standard and using a Apple ipad mini 4 tablet to used with it i have followed instructions from different sites on how to set this drone up
i have downloaded the DJI go 3 app onto the tablet click onto app then switch on drone and controller
Now the help pictures saying connect the tablet to the controller at the moment i cannot no cable yet
I have not been asked to download any firmware updates is this ok any help to get this phantom 3 in the air
At the moment i feel i have not done everything The tablet has not got cellular phone on it does this matter

It's connected by wifi, turn wifi on and pair with the phantom

Were you able to connect the iPad Mini to the Phantom's Wi-Fi? If not, what exactly doesn't seem to be working properly?
