Battery short term storage

When not flying for a few days to a week what charge state should I store my batteries in? 100%~75%~30%. I usually fly them down to no more than 20~30% before landing.

For long term storage (10 days+), the Phantom manual recommends storing batteries with a 40-50% charge. The batteries should be discharged and charge at least once every three months.
