I have a lightly used P4P and one of my batteries when put it the drone and started, it has 4 lights, fully charged, but when I go to fly it flashes red and warns the the "battery id damaged" and it won't fly. Any ideas as to what I can/should do?

Discard the battery. DO not fly with it.

The battery levels are a little erratic, but should fly. Apparently a contact is broken or damaged on the battery. Don't try a repair! Sorry

Also look for a possible cause. Debris or sand in the battery compartment can damage contacts. Put on the gimble guard before tapping on your drone to remove any junk. An electronics air can will also help to clean inside. I had to put on the PhantomRain Wetsuit to stop this problem. Works great. Fly safe
