When charging my battery, the four lights never go out to indicate it is fully charged even after hours on the charger. If I unplug the charger and then plug it back in the lights on the battery are off. Any ideas as to why the battery never indicates it is fully charged?

Jim, if your batteries:
- are original DJI ones
- have the latest, or at least the previous 1 or 2 firmwares
- have not been recharged (full cycle) for over hundred times
- have been stored properly (charge level, temp, etc)
- have not been kept in deep freezer or in a sauna
- have not been dropped, damaged etc
- have been conditioned every 20 full cycles
- are charged not while hot from flight
- are charged at room temp
- are charged on stable flow of AC from the wall socket
- etc etc......

And you still have the problem, i guess you should contact DJI support......
Please anyone, I am not the battery wizard, correct me / assist me if i am wrong

Sam, you have been flying for some time now, and it makes me sad to see you didn't even read the basics.
And we are not talking about PPL here...
These batteries, under right circumstances, could actually seriously hurt or kill someone
