I have 2 P3A batteries which I charged to 100% on Saturday intending to fly.
However, never managed to get airborne in the end.
I have auto discharge set 3 days; is it OK to leave them?
I would take the quad outside and hover them to storage voltage but it's raining with gusts and the next 2 days don't look good either by the time I finish work.

Yes, you can just let them self-discharge until you can fly them down.
Don’t press the power button or it will reset the timer to start.
