Battery after flight

I have a question as to what do I do with the drone battery after flying. Do I charge it back up, or is it better to leave it at about 30% and charge prior to next use?

You don't have to charge it right away if you're going to use it again soon. For periods of long storage, I store my batteries like this.

Don't leave it lying around for a long time at 30%.
It's not good for the batteries to be sitting for long periods with low or high charge level.
The batteries will self-discharge to the ideal long-term storage level of around 50% if left sitting.
