B4UFLY access from U.K. Account

So I've just arrived for a 2 week holiday in Orlando (Haines City). I'm from the UK and wasn't able to download the B4UFLY app on my iPhone before arriving as it told me it wasn't available as I was using the UK store.
I presumed I would be able to download it once in the US.
I'm still having the same trouble as my account is UK based. I tried to switch country within iTunes but it tells me I can't. I've also tried downloading the app on android through google play. I get the same issue.
Any ideas of a way to remedy this?

In the absence of my being able to use that app to help me decide where to fly (there are a lot of air ports in the area) is there another reliable app that can help me decide where it is safe to fly? Thanks?

Try the Airmap app. May have the same problem, but you can also access that app on their webpage AirMap.io.
