How can I record audio on the Phantom 4 Pro with Phantom 4 remote with built in screen?

You can't. It's only video.

The built-in microphone can only currently be used to add audio when live streaming video on Facebook, YouTube, etc.

Your best bet is to record the audio in your phone, then export it and re-sync it with a video editing program.

That's what I did while recording fireworks this week. You can hear crickets and a few other things in the background including me taking a couple of pictures of the screen. I should have muted the phone
