Anyone flying in or around Alsip, IL?

New pilot to a P4P, wondering if anyone flies around me with the weather being cooler... Would love to get in the air with other pilots more experienced than I.

I'm in the NW suburbs. I fly all winter, unless the weather is ridiculous like way below 0 or blizzard snowfall. Maybe this is no correct but I think starting with a charged, warm battery minimizes any serious risks of flying when its below room temperature outside.
