Antenna question

Sorry for a new-be Antenna question?
I got these for the fat shark and which one goes where? :?

Im guessing the big one (1on left) goes to the receiving end but the other two look almost the same but with different tops which one goes on the transmitter?

The short one is for the TX, and the long one of your choice for the receiver.
Theoretically the one on the left is the better one.
