I just sent my first email to DJI support. I've had my Vision+ for 10 days and am now suffering with gimbal failure when there has been no impact. It began with a slight tilt which became an extreme tilt. I upgraded the firmware, calibrated, and now the gimbal is just going nuts and throwing errors. I had activities lined up I'm now going to have to cancel
Hopefully they will acknowledge and resolve or I guess I'll have to attempt a chargeback through paypal. I think for the price of these things that quality and customer service should be much higher than what I'm seeing on these message boards.
