Amazon have new phantom 3 advanced

I thought that they stopped manufacturing phantom 3 advanced... But I searched for an advanced and saw what appears to be new phantom 3 advanced. I don't see anywhere that they are refurbished. Does that means that are they started producing again? I am still confused as I am not sure if they are new or what. But looks to me new.
