A friend of mine has a DJI P2 Vision + and this happened the other night. He had done several other flights a few days before with no problem. Any help I could pass on to him would be great. Thanks

I always treat any in-use building as a potential emitter of WiFi RF. I may be over cautious, but I tend to stay well clear.

It looks like control signal was being over-ridden by a stronger radio signal.
Extremely unlikely .. any problem caused by interference would result in loss of signal and the Phantom drifting in atti - not crazy flying. It wouldn't RTH smoothly and go crazy when control is switched to the Tx.
It would be simple to confirm by flying at another location.

The flight is rougher than it looks because the gimbal is trying to keep it smooth. Looks like an intermittent problem with the Phantom. I can't say what but perhaps an ESC or the flight controller?

Meta: why do you reckon signal interferance would have an affect on the RTH flight?

I would of thought if ESC/FC etc problem it wouldn't RTH smoothly.
