About to update the software...

I'm about to update the software in my Phantom 2 Vision; something I've only ever done once before. The last time I did the software update, I believe it was to version 3.0, and I did it right before I installed my Taco gimbal. This weekend I installed everything on my laptop that I need to update to the 3.8 software version. I also downloaded the camera firmware update and the software for the controller.

So my big question is; is there anything I need to be aware of before I start my software updates? Also, will any of my gimbal settings be disturbed during the software update?

Updating just changes the firmware in the Naza unit, and nothing else. AFAIK nothing else will be changed.
