5.8ghz to 2.4 ghz posible ?

Is it posible to change the 5.8ghz freq. to 2.4ghz and then use a Divo remote control for the FC40 ?

You can put a Phantom 1.1.1 receiver into it, not sure about using one with that particular controller, though.

well i got one of these QR Ladybird with FPV and the Devo F4 remote with display.
so i was thinking of using the camera from that Little ladybird for my DJI FC40

Well it only has 4 channels and its a 2.4 ghz with 5.8ghz FPV

You'll need at least a 5-channel controller, for the 4 stick channels plus the flight mode channel...otherwise your Phantom will be stuck in Failsafe mode.

Are you looking at the Devo controller that comes with the H500?

No no .. i have the controller , it was shipped with the walkera qr ladybird FPV
well il just stick with the on i have.. that is a part of the FC40

I think you need at least 7 channels. Four for directions, one each for Failsafe, GPS/ATT, IOC. One more if you want to control the tilt on a gimbal.

You need 7 channels to use all those functions, but it can still fly with just 5.

1-4 = sticks
5 = flight mode
6 = IOC (optional but recommended)
7 = gimbal (optional)

Here's how I understand you can do it , using Dji Parts Number 30 and 31. the big problem seems to be getting hold of part 31 there as rare as rocking horse **** here in the uk.
had my FC40 three weeks replaced the stock camera with my gopro after the first flight and placed an order for 2.4ghz TX/RX so I can us 5.8ghz fpv with my gopro
